にアクセスし
SIGN UP FOR FREE
をクリックします

次に登録画面になります

First name には名前
Last name には苗字

Email にはメルアド

Pick your primary development language
は使用する開発言語なので
今回は ruby を選択します

入力ができたら
Create Free Account をクリックします

すると heroku からのメールにリンクがはられているので
これをクリックします

するとパスワード設定画面になるので
Password にパスワード
Retype password
に確認のためもう一度同じパスワードをいれ
Set pssword and log in
をクリックします
